[CB-6312] Orientation for "userLandscape" does not work on all android devices

Description

The android manifest is now set for the orientation preference but it's set to "userLandscape" instead of landscape. userLandscape is not working on all devices. This is related to issue: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-5634

looks like userLandscape isn't supported until version 18? so we should keep to landscape to support older versions. Darryl Pogue fixed this issue the last time but I don't see him on the list to assign the issue to.
