Description

[CDVLocalFilesystem copyFileToURL:withName:fromFileSystem:atURL:copy:callback:] incorrectly references the destination filesystem when attempting to resolve an on-disk-file from the source filesystem.

In Android, LocalFilesystem.copyFileToURL makes exactly the same mistake.
