[CB-5525] WP8. Contacts Api fails in case of there is special character in contact field

Description

Repro steps
1. Add "(double quote) character to some contact notes
2. Run mobile spec unit tests for contacts api
3. Expected: "contacts.spec.3 success callback should be called with an array" test is passed
4. Actual: there is exception when calling this.webBrowser.InvokeScript(script.ScriptName, script.Args) due to contact notes contains not escaped " character so resultant JSON is malformed.
