Description

Adding a plugin from the registry with your computer behind a proxy will fail.
cordova plugin add org.apache.cordova.device
[Error: Error fetching plugin: Error: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND]

Cordova CLI uses the request module and the npm proxy settings to fix this:
