[CB-4692] Native GeoLocation support is not fully working

Description

The current Geolocation implementation of Cordova is using the native, built in, support of Internet Explorer.

However the native code does not support Altitude, AltitudeAccuracy and heading properties (they are always null).

Therefor it is required to add our own implementation based on GeoCoordinateWatcher.
