[CB-4325] After failed install of iOS, you get "stuck" with a path error

Description

me:~/Documents/code/rlaw$ /usr/local/share/npm/bin/cordova platform add ios
[Error: An error occured during creation of ios sub-project. /bin/sh: /Users/me/.cordova/lib/ios/cordova/3.0.0/bin/create: No such file or directory

What happened:
I tried to install "cordova platform add ios android"
and I didn't have the android path configured, so the installer bailed.
But instead of "finishing" the ios install, it left it in a strange state.
Instead of "~/.cordova/lib/ios/cordova/3.0.0"
it had "~/.cordova/lib/ios/cordova/3.0.0-@someotherstuff"

Workaround: I deleted ~/.cordova/lib/ios and re-installed.
