Description

Problem:

When lazy-loading certain libraries, the node process can hang after the completion callback is fired. This delay can take up to a few minutes, but is usually ~30 seconds.

tar.gz Files:

Apache tar.gz files do not experience long delays.

GitHub tar.gz files do experience long delays.

You can reproduce this issue by using the github.com/apache/cordova-app-hello-world/achive/2.9.0.tar.gzip file instead of the default served by Apache GitWeb.

Hosting:

The web host does not affect this issue. I have hosted the Apache file and the GitHub file on my own web server (S3) and experienced the same results.
