[CB-3995] PG will not open external links in web browser on desktop during testing

Description

If I open my PG 2.7.0 (Android) HTML page in FF or Google, and click on a link formatted like this:

<a href="#" onclick="window.open('http://www.teamassociated.com/cars_and_trucks/RC10B4.2/RSRTR/manuals_setups/', '_blank');">

I get a 2-line dialog like this, with the second line in a form field:

gap:["InAppBrowser","open","InAppBrowser550906394"]
OK button, Cancel button

Clicking on either button stops the action and the link is not followed through.
