[CB-3831] Android SplashScreen: navigator.splashscreen.show() isn't working

Description

When I run the tests for splashscreen on android, it doesn't work.

The splashscreen will do its original load as long as you add a delay to super.loadUrl(Config.getStartUrl(), 10000) and add the splashscreen preference in the config.xml. The tests don't work for it though.
