Description

Organize platform-specific content as fixed set of unnumbered subheads listed below. Remove or move information extraneous to that core set of content. Remove out-of-scope & redundant references to installing cordova or creating projects; link CLI doc. For platforms not covered by the CLI, remove any unnecessary references to non-CLI command-line tools from main exposition; append summary in "Command-line Utilities". Subheads:
