Description

When creating a new project with the create script, the contents of the template are blindly copied to a new project.
If the user has ever built the template project then there will be build artifacts copied over that will cause running the new project to fail.
This happens more for committers than anyone else, but still it would be nice to not copy over junk.
This may also apply to WP7.
