[CB-2703] "cordova build ios" does not work

According to the cordova-cli github documentation

... "cordova build ios" is supposed to make a "prepare" followed by a "compile" which is supposed to do the following: "compiles and deploys the app to a connected and compatible device".

I might be doing something wrong, but under OSX, this does nothing at all. No warning, no error, nothing.

When opening the project by hand, an clicking "run", the app is build / deployed / run on my iPhone, as expected.
