[CB-2527] Update iPad splash images to correct sizes

Description

The stock Default-Portrait~ipad.png and Default-Landscape~ipad.png images are both 20 pixels too tall. This causes the image to shift down when the app launches.

The correct image sizes are 1024x748 for landscape and 768x1004 for portrait. Ref:

I tested images with the correct sizes and the "shift down" does not occur. Can we update the master images? I am not sure of the process.
