[CB-2495] File API master heading gets confused with File API's File Ojbect

Description

There is a File object that is part of the File API. The generated documentation's hyperlinks, however, always point to the top-level API, not this API's File object. Confused yet?

Repro steps:

1. click here http://docs.phonegap.com/en/2.4.0/cordova_file_file.md.html
2. In the Objects list at the top, click the third item (File).

Expected result: page jumps to the first sub-section that describes the File object
Actual result: page stays at the top of the File API index page
