[CB-2288] phonegap media.startRecord example can only be run once

Description

The media.startRecord example listed on http://docs.phonegap.com/en/2.3.0/cordova_media_media.md.html#media.startRecord can only be run once. Then the emulator has to be restarted. Even if I change the name of the amr file, it still gives me the following error:
