This isolates the PhoneGap "view" into its own component so it can be used in 3rd party iOS apps that want a PhoneGap "view". Typical use case is a user has an app that is not PhoneGap-based but the user needs just one component that needs a PhoneGap view, they would just integrate Cleaver into their application.

In essence, Cleaver is what PhoneGap is, not the PhoneGap-based Application Xcode template. The PhoneGap-based Application Xcode template is thus a reference implementation of Cleaver/PhoneGap.

Docs forthcoming for usage of Cleaver - how to integrate it in your own iOS app.

With this integration, older PhoneGapViewController and PhoneGapDelegate classes are deprecated (an upgrade guide is planned)
