[CB-14023] Cannot scroll iframe with cordova-plugin-wkwebview-engine

Description

I am using an iframe element within the WebView. I build with PhoneGap Build using the PhoneGap CLI version 7.1.0.

 

I experience two issues:

• I cannot scroll the content of the iframe in any direction.
• Even though the sites I access are responsive (& work well in Safari), on some pages where a few elements exceed the width of the iframe all other elements are being widened to the width of the largest element. This means that the site looks like it's not optimized for mobile screens even though it is.
