[CB-14015] Android Status Bar obscuring navigation buttons on InAppBrowser

Description

On Android devices, when using the InAppBrowser to load pages, the Android status bar is displayed over the top half of the navigation panel with and without the Status Bar plugin included in the app.  This is definitely clear on my Samsung Galaxy S8 as evident in the attached screenshot, but may affect other large format devices.  This wouldn't be as much of a problem if the navigation buttons were on the bottom of the browser as on iOS or if similar options were available to hide the status bar if the browser is open, but no option seems to be effective or available for Android.

Is there some configuration I'm missing that fixes this issue or is this a known bug that has no solution?
