If you run some commands, they have "default parameters", e.g. a `cordova run ios` by default is run with `--debug` and
`--emulator`. This should be documented.

Suggestions:
1. Order of matching params: Default param first
2. Indirect highlight default param: bold, *, or similar indirect highlight
3. Explicit highlight: new table, paragraph or column "default parameters"
