    Description

      As I figured out in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-13320 the file is mostly outdated or duplicate.

      The still relevant parts should be moved to better places (main readme, files in /doc) and the file and its translations then be removed via https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-13320.
