As cordova-ios support is also changing with newer versions (see https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-13150) it would make sense to add a "supported iOS versions" table to the docs here:

https://cordova.apache.org/docs/en/7.x/guide/platforms/ios/index.html#requirements-and-support

Template for that could be the Android table here:
