[CB-13015] Cordova InAppBrowser - not able to play Vimeo video in full screen

Description

We have embedded vimeo video to a page. To open this page in our ionic-native app we are using cordova-in-app-browser plugin.

In android, We do not see play/pause controls once the video starts and not able to play video in full screen either.

It would be great if you can fix this issue to solve our deadlock. Thanks for your help and support.
