Description

Understanding that you are deprecating Blackberry10 support, you may want to consider updating plugin.xml to remove the "com.blackberry.app" dependency, as it doesn't seem to exist in https://registry.npmjs.org/.

Inexplicably, because of this dependency, I can build to BlackBerry10 from Cordova@6.0.0 but not from Cordova@7.0.1.
