[CB-11580] Blackberry10 build error on buildConfig

Description

Running the command "cordova build blackberry10" yields the following error:

error: unknown option `--buildConfig=PATH\build.json'

Error: cmd: Command failed with exit code 1

We have a build.json which is used for android in the folder we build from. If I remove this file the error goes away.

I'm guessing this is a CLI issue where the buildConfig should not be passed to bb10. Alternatively BB10 could support the buildConfig command...

Tested and received the same results with with Cordova 6.1.1, 6.2.1 with blackberry platform 3.8.0 and 3.9.0-dev.
