Example:

cordova plugin rm cordova-plugin-device

Uninstalling cordova-plugin-device from android
Error: Cannot read property 'emit' of undefined

platform used: cordova-android master

Looks to be an issue with this line https://github.com/apache/cordova-android/blob/master/bin/templates/cordova/Api.js#L229
