[CB-10874] textinput in wkwebvview doesn't open

Description

I have a textinput on a page. Without wkwebview, by using the focus() method, the keyboard opens automatically.

With wkwebview, I can't get the keyboard to appear even when I click on it.
I'm also using the cordova keyboard plugin, but it doesn't seem to matter.
