config.xml reference does not document plugin element

    Description

      The example config.xml on the bottom of the page actually uses this tag, but I also believe the example is incorrect. The version attribute should be spec. See http://cordova.apache.org/docs/en/dev/config_ref/index.html#sample-config-xml
