WindowsStoreIdentityName should be lowercased in Application.StartPage

    Description

      In case of Store Association WindowsStoreIdentityName should be lowercased otherwise we get a crash in cordova.js -> onWinJSReady, Windows is undefined:

      Windows.UI.WebUI.WebUIApplication.addEventListener("resuming", resumingHandler, false);
