[CAY-1415] Replace WebApplicationContextFilter with a DI-enabled filter

Description

WIll create a new filter (preliminary name org.apache.cayenne.configuration.web.CayenneFilter) that will initialize Cayenne DI-based runtime and provide DI callbacks to initialize/cleanup/commit/rollback thread contexts. Default implementation will be somewhat similar to the legacy WebApplicationContextFilter. WebApplicationContextFilter will be deprecated (but not removed) and will delegate to CayenneFilter.
