[CAUSEWAY-3579] Metadata in layout.xml seems not to be honoured when rendered in a table; then corrects itself.

Description

Below are details of what looks like the facets being ignored.

On further exploration, the problem seems to "correct" itself as the app runs, which makes me think that for some path routes we end up attempting to render a domain object within a collection even though we haven't fully introspected it.

That's my working theory for now, at least.
