in demo app, @Property > mustSatisfy

invoke the action, enter '17' (which is an invalid value).

Tabbing out does not trigger the validation.

When we hit OK, we see the validation checked, with the error in the location of action validation (of all parameters):

by way of contrast, if a parameter is marked as mandatory, then that is checked when tab out, ie at the parameter level.
