in the demo app, @Action > executionPublishing.
use the "changeNameWrapped" ... although this outer action is not published, it uses the WrapperFactory to call an action that is wrapped. An ExecutionLogEntry should be created.
In addition, if the outer action also had logging enabled, then the executions should be nested in the InteractionDto.
