[CAUSEWAY-3414] @DomainObjectLayout(tableDecorator=Datables) seems to be ignored for parented collections.

Description

The logic seems to be to honour this only for standalone collections, not parented collections.

However, by contrast the `@DomainObjectLayout#paged` is honoured for both standaloane AND parented collections.

 

The following code looks incorrect:

 

because the parentedTableDecorator will always return something, specifically the default of TableDecorator.Default.
