Description

Polish some of the internal utilities and perhaps promote to GA.
Candidates are

• _Strings
• _Bytes
• _Files
• _Xml
• _Yaml
• _Json
  ... etc.

The leading underscore scheme was introduced to signify 'internal', but we could repurpose that to 'utility', so not necessarily 'internal'. As an alternative we could use a 'Causeway' or "Cw' prefix.
