[Wish] Provide import/export function for roles

    Description

      It would be convenient to be able to test roles and then import them in a prod environment.

      Also copy-ing existing and slightly adapting them as a new role would be a use case.

      (The way we use the current isissecurity in Estatio, roles can consist of 45 lines)
