Description

In Isis, we have a RootOid class which constitutes the object type (ObjectSpecId, a wrapper around a string) and a string identifier. These two strings can be used to locate any entity; in a sense they are like a URI into an Isis system.

This ticket is to expose this functionality to the application more generally, through the concept of a "Bookmark". A Bookmark is basically just these two strings values; the system-provided BookmarkService can contribute a lookup capability to any object that identifies itself as a BookmarkHolder.
