Description

In addition:

• rename asString() to asHtml()
• introduce HasHtml interface common to Markup, Markdown and AsciiDoc types.
• reorg SSE maven modules for consistency, with "-sse-ui" becoming "-sse-ui-wkt"
• introduce "metamodel" module for Markdown and AsciiDoc types.
