Description

For example, if the server crashes then any in-flight sessions will never be closed off. We would like service implementations to automatically close thes e off, but to record the fact using a different enum.

Suggest the CausedBy enum is extended to:

• USER
• SESSION_EXPLORATION
• RESTART // this is the new one.
