Description

Probably a new ObjectDomainEvent, called whenever an object is being interacted with by the user, to allow subscribers to be able to veto visibility.

Basically want to be able to support something equivalent to TenantedAuthorizationFacet (in the isisaddons' security module), but without resorting to facets.

At the end of the day we need a facet (for the subscriber) that is installed on the ObjectSpecification.
