Description

This patch adds vertx auth support for mTLS authentication. It adds CertificateCredentials for authenticating with Certificates and also adds MtlsAuthenticationProvider, that can be used to authenticate CertificateCredentials. It also provides default implementations of CertificateValidator, CertificateIdentityExtracter and CertificateIdentityValidator. This subproject will be used for supporting mTLS authentication in Cassandra Sidecar.
