Description

Cassandra Analytics could produce sstables that are no longer owned by the receiving Cassandra node, either fully or partially out of range. This patch implements the out of range detection and using NodeTool cleanup to remove the out of range data, when applicable. The fully out of range sstables are removed before importing.
