Description

Once #847 is in, we'll want to port db.filter.SSTableNamesIterator and db.filter.SSTableSliceIterator to use the new Scanner API, and remove 'getFileDataInput'.

In the new format, we'll want to use FileDataInput behind the Scanners, rather than via direct access, but for this initial ticket, I expect we'll want to temporarily disable MMAP support.
