Description

tools/bin has sstablemetadata and sstablemetadata.bat https://github.com/apache/cassandra/tree/cassandra-2.0/bin

while bin has only sstablemetadata.bat https://github.com/apache/cassandra/tree/cassandra-2.0/bin

This is confusing. Not sure which is intended.
