Description

• cassandra-shuffle.bat seems very different than the ones already there. As far as I can tell the differences are cosmetic, so I consolidate that.
• cassandra-stress.bat
• cassandra-stressd.bat
• cqlsh.bat
• debug-cql.bat
• sstableloader.bat
• sstablemetadata.bat
• sstablescrub.bat
• sstablesplit.bat
• sstableupgrade.bat

Not all files apply to all branches, but I figure I better include all the ones I have.
