Normal Description
We took the easy (and most stable) way out in CASSANDRA-3737, but really [set]hasToken is an old vestige of gossip and is both badly named and badly used at this point. We should be able to rework the gossiper's logic to not need this, since the only real point it serves any longer is to prevent dead states from being evicted during the fat client check.
