Description

CASSANDRA-18120 and CASSANDRA-19946 introduced new cassandra_latest.yaml changes but (I) forgot to add them to test/conf/latest_diff.yaml and test/distributed/org/apache/cassandra/distributed/impl/InstanceConfig.java so they actually are tested by the *latest tests.
