Description

I'm new to Cassandra. I tried the quickstart and noticed some things that I figured I'd fix.

1. The csqlsh versions are inconsistent between commands, resulting in the second command (step 5) failing.
2. The prompt message is slightly out of date, I figured I'd update it while I was here
3. In step 7, the insert forgets to include a timestamp. I assume that was accidental, so I fixed that too.
