Description

Refactor global constants

• move globals CASSANDRA_CQL_HTML and cqlruleset
• move module level defaults (DEFAULT_) into Shell class
• move setup_cqlruleset into cqlshhandling

Remove unused exceptions 

• FunctionNotFound(Exception)
• AggregateNotFound(Exception)
