Description

We have to change Requires in redhat/cassandra.spec to

java-1.8.0 for 3.0 and 3.11
(java-1.8.0 or java-11) for 4.0. and 4.1
(java-11 or java-17) for 5.0 and trunk

noboolean would contain only java-1.8.0 and java-11 respectively where applicable.
