Description

There have been improvements to the Lucene BKDWriter implementation for the one-dimensional case that could be used to improve the BlockBalancedTreeWriter. Specifically LUCENE-9358 removes the need for the rotateToTree method by writing the balanced tree in the correct format while it is being built.
